Football closing talent gap
GREAT STORY, FANTASTIC COMMENTS!
Guess I've been too busy at work to notice it ...
(thanks for the heads up, Jimmy_Dean)
It is pretty awesome watching the slow shift and expansion of interest in football at KU, on the Web, on the radio and on television.
It is a day that I never thought would arrive, during my 24 Games Attended Streak, from Tangerine to Fort Worth Bowls, when I watched the team get beat up (but *never* outcoached) in Boulder, Lincoln, Norman, Lubbock and Austin.
A New Day is dawning, my fellow Jayhawk football fans ... BEAK 'EM!!!!!!!

KU women come out firing, down Waves
I guess I'm glad to say that the Kansas women have never played in front of a crowd that small ..
Hell, even last February against Nebraska with a blizzard going on, there were at least a couple thousand!

Holiday sacred for Mangino
Coach Mangino is a helluva man ...
I've been very impressed during my several brief encounters with him.
Enjoy some with with your family, Coach!

Assistant coach returning to KSU
AzHawk97 says...
Dana Stubblefield and Gilbert Brown are in coaching I believe. Stub may have some Balco baggage though. James McClinton would make a heck of a coach someday.

I LIKE ALL OF THESE! :D

KU hair better than 7-5
damn damn damn the Jayhawks should have beaten USF ... believe me I was there!
Can someone check, seems I've heard that Iowa State is the other North squad that has to play both Texas and Oklahoma in the same rotation, but either have both home or both away - OUCH!
All I have to say to Minnesota is: FREEZE, GO-PHERS!

Dugan Arnett's KU football notebook
Fans definitely make a difference in recruiting ...
Basketball players at this school have said as much!
The stadium, I don't know ... the new facilities are at least keeping Kansas in the hunt.
